What are the rules?? Do we have to pay the HOA fees or does the Landlord have to pay them? They are fees for yard work and maintenance etc. Other states consider mainatenance part of the landlords upkeep for the property value.

Do you have to display a front license plate?
Yes you do. In Maryland, for cars and trucks at least, you must have a plate in the front AND in the back.
