Please guys, does a law automatically apply to the whole country when it is upheld by the Supreme Court? eg. a Mississippi law. Or does it apply to the State holding that law alone? Thanks!

Hi well other than for the obvious moral notification ,a person can be sued and charged if knowingly pass on HIV AID’s and other Std’s because ppl have to be given choice to decide whether to participate in risky behaviour.
