Kyleigh’s law is coming to effect in May 1st 2010
It states there will be no grandfathering of existing permit and provisional license holders,. Regardless of how much time a gdl holder has remaining on her or his permit or provisional license, s/he must abide by these requirements beginning May 1st.

I am 19 years old and I go to college in West Virginia. I own two licenses one from when I was 17 to 18 and then when I turned 18 i bought a new license so that i would not have a provisional auto license.
